complying with our KYC-AML Policy. Failure to comply may result in us refusing to execute any

orders or transactions.

Custody and Title of Digital Assets

We act asthe custodian of the digital assets held in your Coin Wallet. This means that we are

responsible for safeguarding your assets and ensuring they are held securely. However, it's

important to note that you retain full ownership of these assets.
